First steps after login
What you see after signing in, how to move around, and what to do on day one.
After you sign in
Section titled “After you sign in”Sign in with the account you received when the company was created, or via an email invite. After login you land in the panel — RMM and CRM in one app.
Use the domain switcher (RMM ↔ CRM) and the module menu. Set the UI language (PL/EN) in user preferences.
- Open the app and sign in with email and password (or finish the invite from the email link).
- Confirm you see the RMM or CRM Dashboard — that is your daily starting point.
- If you have access to several companies, select the correct company (tenant) before you work.
- RMM Dashboard = fleet morning view with Start here and Needs attention.
- CRM Dashboard = sales and service morning view: Start here, clickable KPIs, quotes to finish (KPI matches the list), and deadlines; Refresh and an As of … label.
- Open modules (devices, backup, clients, cases…) from the side menu or dashboard shortcuts.
Console map — where things live
Section titled “Console map — where things live”RMM is for monitoring and working on devices. CRM is for clients, service cases, quotes and documents. Both live in one app — switch between them in the menu.
- RMM → Dashboard, Endpoints/Devices, Updates, Security, Backup, Automation, Alerts, Service desk / Tickets, Settings.
- CRM → Dashboard, Clients, Contacts, Cases, Quotes/Offers, Documents, Locations, Calendar, Tasks, Automatic deadlines.
- Unsure RMM vs CRM? Issue on a PC = RMM; talking to a customer, protocol, quote = CRM.
Day-one checklist
Section titled “Day-one checklist”You do not need to configure everything at once. This order gives a fast, visible win: company in the system, one online PC, and a clear place to log work.
- Fill in company details and preferences (language, timezone) in settings.
- Install the agent on one test PC (see the Agent installation guide).
- Wait until the device appears on the list with online status.
- Optionally: add a first CRM client or open a test case.
- Only then review Alerts and Backup once the first device is stable.
- Day 1 goal: one device online + orientation in the menu.
- Week 1 goal: a few devices, basic alerts, a clear CRM case flow.
