Client portal
The client portal is the IT support ticket site. There is no MSP console, scripting, or remote desktop here — your IT provider handles that.
Sign-in
Section titled “Sign-in”After a CRM invite (contact with an email, company linked to IT care) you get mail with an /invite link. Set your own password and sign in. Start: Tickets (/user/tickets).
- Ticket-only account — your tickets + Profile.
- Company account (Decision maker contact) — the whole firm’s tickets + Devices preview. CVE and auto-alert IT tickets are not listed here — those stay in the technician queue, not as a user report.
Language and light/dark theme are in the top bar. Change the password in Profile.
New ticket
Section titled “New ticket”- + New ticket.
- Title and description: what happens, since when, what you already tried.
- A device is suggested (yours / last used) — change it or leave “No device”.
- Priority and optional attachments (up to 8 files, 8 MB each: screenshot, PDF, log).
- Create — the ticket lands in the IT queue, unassigned.
If the PC has the Windows ticket bar, the same four priority levels are a color chip: Low, Medium, High, Critical. If it covers another program’s buttons, grab the six dots beside the logo and park it on another screen edge — it stays there. The tray icon has Reset bar position. When support replies, the bar shows a New reply from support card — click the card (including the white footer) to open the ticket in the browser. After you send a ticket, the Ticket sent card opens My tickets.
Statuses in plain language: New (handed over), In progress, Resolved, Closed.
Thread
Section titled “Thread”Ticket details show the description, attachments, and conversation. You only see customer-facing messages. IT internal notes stay hidden.
You can add a message and attach a screenshot (including paste from the clipboard). After Resolved you can still write if the issue comes back.
Devices (company account)
Section titled “Devices (company account)”The list and card are a preview: status, model, CPU / RAM / disks, location, last seen, open tickets, and backup destination occupancy (cloud / local disk). From here you can open a new ticket for that device. Backup schedules, destinations, and remote desktop stay with IT.
